Niall Morrissey has been in the leasing and finance industry for more than 30 years.  He started his career at GE capital, from where he transitioned to Macquarie Bank in Sydney.  As an Executive Director at Macquarie, he set up their leasing businesses across seven countries in Asia, including joint ventures with Dell India and NEC Japan.  He then moved to Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and led the setting up of their Structured Asset Finance business.  Most recently he was the regional head for Cisco Capital spanning 10 countries.

Niall, taking the helm at VPS is driven by his passion for combining technology with creative payment structures and VPS filling a gap in the market by creating as a Service payment solutions, assisting companies better manage their digital transformations. Niall is based in Tokyo, where he has lived for 14 years with his wife and daughter.

Edwardo is a highly seasoned executive with an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the financial services and technology sectors. His expertise extends across diverse markets in Asia, North America and Latin America, solidifying his deep understanding of global business landscapes. With a track record of holding senior leadership positions at prestigious financial institutions and technology giants like ABN AMRO and Oracle, Edwardo brings unparalleled insights and strategic acumen to the table.  Prior to his role at VPS, Edwardo played a pivotal role in steering the growth of a trade finance fintech, as demonstrated by his structuring of the world’s largest securitization in that domain. His impactful contributions have consistently propelled companies to new heights, setting a precedent for excellence. Edwardo is an alumnus of the University of California at Berkeley, holding a bachelor’s degree, and the University of California at Davis, where he earned an MBA. His commitment to professional excellence is underscored by his attainment of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter.

Iain has over 29 years of experience in Japan specializing in globalization of security systems and global integration. Iain was one of the founders of Global Accounts for Tyco Fire & Security in Asia (now JCI). He has experience in project management with more than 200 sites within Japan and throughout Asia, with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from financial institutions, military installations, pharmaceuticals and unique niche companies expanding explosively. Iain founded 1^st Priority L.L.C. in 2009 and co-founded CWORKS L.L.C. in 2017.His experience covers Access Control, CCTV, Security Management, Fire Suppression, and a knowledge of most Global Security Solutions. Combined with a unique local knowledge of the Japan market, Japanese building systems, fire code standards, and the players in the market, Iain provides balanced and clear directions on behalf of the client on what can and cannot be achieved in Japan. Iain speaks native English and fluent Japanese.
